1 Free Services
The SellerPartnerr listing audit and other features currently offered at no cost do not involve any payment and are therefore not subject to refunds. You may stop using the free Services at any time.
2 Paid Subscriptions (When Introduced)
As paid plans become available, the following terms will apply unless a specific plan states otherwise at the time of purchase:
2.1 Subscription plans
- Subscription fees are billed in advance for the chosen billing cycle (for example, monthly or annually).
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle once it has begun, except where required by law.
2.2 Free trials and introductory offers
- If a paid plan offers a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period.
- To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends. Charges incurred after a trial converts to a paid plan are non-refundable except as required by law.
3 Expert & Onboarding Services
Fees for expert engagements — such as business registration, GST and legal setup, marketplace account setup, or growth consulting — reflect work performed by our specialists. Because these services involve dedicated time and third-party government or platform fees, the following applies:
- Before work begins: if you cancel before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund of fees paid to us (excluding non-refundable third-party or government charges already incurred on your behalf).
- After work begins: refunds are assessed on a pro-rata basis for the portion of work not yet performed. Completed milestones and third-party fees are non-refundable.
- Government and statutory fees (e.g. registration or GST charges paid to authorities) are never refundable once submitted.
4 Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for a refund:
- Free services and free-trial usage.
- Fees for services already fully delivered.
- Third-party, government or statutory charges paid on your behalf.
- Charges arising from a breach of our Terms & Conditions or misuse of the Services.
5 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@sellerpartnerr.com from the address associated with your account and include:
- Your registered name and account email.
- The service or plan concerned and the date of payment.
- The transaction or invoice reference, if available.
- A brief description of the reason for your request.
6 Processing of Refunds
- We aim to review and respond to refund requests within seven (7) business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- Once approved, refunds are typically credited within five to ten (5–10) business days, subject to your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
- We will inform you by email of the outcome of your request.
7 Failed or Duplicate Payments
If you are charged more than once for the same service due to a technical or payment-gateway error, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full once verified. Please report any such issue promptly to support@sellerpartnerr.com.
8 Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the matter is investigated.
9 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email.
