1 Scope
This policy explains when refunds apply to fees paid to SellerPartnerr (operated by Avyan Ventures). It works together with our Terms & Conditions. Where your Order states different refund terms, the Order applies.
2 Monthly Services
This covers marketplace account management and ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google SEO and retainer plans.
- Fees are billed monthly in advance.
- Plans have an initial three (3) month term and then continue month to month; after the initial term you may end a plan with thirty (30) days’ written notice.
- Fees for a month in which work has started are not refundable.
- If you pay for a month and we have not started work for that month, you are eligible for a full refund of that month’s fee.
3 Prepaid Offers
Where you prepay several months to receive a free month, the free month applies only when the full prepaid term is completed. If a prepaid plan is ended early, any refund for the remaining unstarted months is calculated on the standard monthly price for the months already started.
4 Website & App Builds
- If you cancel before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund of fees paid to us.
- After work begins, refunds are assessed on a pro-rata basis for the milestones not yet delivered. Completed and delivered milestones are not refundable.
- Third-party costs paid on your behalf, such as domains, themes, apps and hosting, are not refundable.
5 Audits, Onboarding & Account Setup
- Audit fees are not refundable once the audit report has been delivered. Where stated, the audit fee is adjusted against your first month if you continue with us.
- Fees for onboarding and account setup, including Blinkit, Zepto and marketplace onboarding, cover the work we perform. Approval decisions rest with the platform, and a rejection or delay by the platform is not by itself a ground for a refund of work already done.
- Government, statutory and platform fees, such as registration or GST charges, are never refundable once paid.
6 Advertising Spend
Ad spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platform. We do not receive it, so it cannot be refunded by us. Any refund of ad spend is subject to that platform’s own policies.
7 Non-Refundable Items
- Fees for services or milestones already delivered.
- Months of monthly services in which work has started.
- Third-party, government, statutory and platform charges.
- Charges arising from a breach of our Terms & Conditions.
8 How to Request a Refund
Email support@sellerpartnerr.com and include:
- Your name, business name and the email or phone number used for the engagement.
- The service concerned and the date of payment.
- The invoice or transaction reference, if available.
- A brief description of the reason for your request.
9 Processing of Refunds
- We aim to review and respond to refund requests within seven (7) business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- Once approved, refunds are typically credited within five to ten (5–10) business days, subject to your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
- We will inform you of the outcome by email or WhatsApp.
10 Failed or Duplicate Payments
If you are charged more than once for the same invoice because of a technical or payment-gateway error, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full once verified. Please report any such issue promptly to support@sellerpartnerr.com.
11 Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may lead us to pause work while the matter is investigated.
12 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect when you made a payment governs that payment.
