Avyan Ventures is the data fiduciary responsible for personal data processed through SellerPartnerr. 2 Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Account & contact details — name, email address, phone number, business name and password when you sign up, log in, or request to speak with an expert.
- Communications — messages, support requests, and feedback you send to us.
- Onboarding details — where you ask our experts to assist with business registration, GST, or marketplace account setup, the documents and information you share for that purpose.
2.2 Marketplace and listing data
- Product identifiers you submit for auditing, such as an Amazon ASIN, and the listing content returned for that product (title, bullets, description, images, keywords).
- Where you connect a seller account (e.g. Amazon or Flipkart) through an authorised integration, the listing, catalogue, advertising and performance data made available to us by that marketplace’s API under the access you grant.
2.3 Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and actions taken within the Services.
- Cookies and similar technologies, as described in our separate Cookie Policy.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary to provide the Services, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
3 How We Use Your Information
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- To create and manage your account and authenticate access.
- To run listing audits, generate scores and AI-written suggestions, and — where you enable it — sync optimised content to your connected marketplaces.
- To provide PPC, keyword research, best-seller research and expert onboarding services you request.
- To respond to enquiries, provide customer support and send service-related notices.
- To improve, secure and develop the Services, including troubleshooting and analytics.
- To send updates, offers or newsletters where you have subscribed — you may opt out at any time.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
4 Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you provide, the necessity of processing to perform the services you request, our legitimate business interests in operating and improving the platform, and compliance with applicable law. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time as described in Section 8.
5 Marketplace Integrations & Third-Party Data
When you connect a marketplace account, we access only the data permitted by that marketplace’s developer programme and the scope you authorise. We use such data solely to deliver the features you have requested (for example, auditing and syncing your own listings). We do not sell marketplace data, and we handle it in line with the applicable marketplace’s data protection and acceptable-use requirements. You can revoke our access at any time through your marketplace account settings.
6 How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers — vetted vendors who host our infrastructure, process payments, provide AI processing, analytics or communications, bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Experts — where you request expert onboarding or growth services, the information needed to deliver that engagement.
- Legal & safety — where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Avyan Ventures, our users or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
7 Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it. You may request deletion of your account data as set out below.
8 Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and request a summary of its processing.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request erasure of your personal data where it is no longer needed.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.
- Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
- Raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer (Section 11).

9 Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls and secure hosting — to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify affected users and authorities as required by law.
10 International Transfers
Your data is primarily processed in India. Where we use service providers located outside India, we take steps to ensure your data receives a level of protection consistent with this Policy and applicable law.

12 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
