1 Who We Are (Data Fiduciary)
Avyan Ventures is the data fiduciary responsible for personal data processed through SellerPartnerr, including sellerpartnerr.com and our client portal at app.sellerpartnerr.com. 2 Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Enquiry details — the name, brand, phone or WhatsApp number, email, service of interest, revenue band and message you enter in our contact form, and anything you send us on WhatsApp, email or a call.
- Client and portal details — your name, business details and email address, and your Google account name and email if you sign in to the client portal with Google.
- Onboarding documents — documents and details you share so we can set up or manage accounts for you, such as GST, brand and business registration documents.
- Billing details — the information needed to raise invoices and record payments.
2.2 Account and performance data
When you give us access to your seller, advertising, website or quick commerce accounts as an authorised user, we can see the data those accounts make available, such as listings, catalogue, orders, advertising and performance data. We use it only to deliver and report on the services you engaged us for.
2.3 Information collected automatically
- Our hosting providers keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request, to run and secure the website.
- sellerpartnerr.com does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the small amount of browser storage we do use.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for the services, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
3 How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your enquiry and to send you proposals and quotes.
- To deliver the services you engage us for, including managing your accounts, building your website or app, running ads and preparing reports.
- To give you access to the client portal and keep it secure.
- To raise invoices, record payments and keep business records.
- To send service updates and, where you have agreed, occasional offers. You can opt out at any time.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
4 Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you provide, the need to process it to deliver the services you request, our legitimate interests in running our business, and compliance with applicable law. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time as described in Section 8.
5 Your Platform Accounts
We access your marketplace, advertising and other platform accounts only with the permissions you grant, and only for the engagement. We do not sell this data or use it for other clients. You can remove our access at any time from the platform’s user or permissions settings.
6 How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in these circumstances:
- Service providers — the vendors that host our website, client portal and database, and that provide email, messaging (such as WhatsApp) and payment services, bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Platforms — the marketplaces, advertising platforms and quick commerce partners where sharing is needed to perform the work you asked for, such as onboarding or account setup.
- Legal & safety — where required by law or court order, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Avyan Ventures, our clients or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
7 Data Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including the period of an engagement and any period required by tax and accounting law, and to resolve disputes. When it is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it.
8 Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and request a summary of its processing.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request erasure of your personal data where it is no longer needed.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
- Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
- Raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer (Section 11).

9 Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and secure hosting, to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify affected people and authorities as required by law.
10 International Transfers
Some of our service providers may store or process data outside India. Where they do, we take steps to ensure your data receives protection consistent with this Policy and applicable law.
